“Autonomous Unmanned Systems” conference, organized by the Military University of Technology (WAT).
On October 20, 2022, Mr. Jarosław Wojciechowski, Project Manager of “MEWA MED—Medical Evacuation Module,” funded by the NCBR under agreement no. DOB-SZAFIR/09/A/047/01/2021 for the execution and financing of a project carried out for the purposes of national defense and security under the 1/SZAFIR/2020 competition, delivered a presentation at the first “Autonomous Unmanned Systems” conference organized by the Military University of Technology (WAT). The talk was titled “Using UAVs to support medical security in the MEWA MED system.”
The presentation focused on discussing the potential to support the operational capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces in the area of medical support, the concept of building the MEWAMED system, with particular emphasis on the architecture of the reconnaissance-and-evacuation subsystem and the planned employment/tactics of operation.
