Purpose of the order

The purpose of the procedure is to create and adapt rooms for the needs of the individual laboratories forming part of the KENBIT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE FOR RESEARCH ON CYBERSECURITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY being established.

Subject of the order

The subject of the order is the execution of:

ADAPTATION AND CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE KENBIT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE FOR RESEARCH ON CYBERSECURITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY.
A breakdown of the scope of works constituting the Subject of the Order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Request for Quotation.
Under the Agreement, apart from carrying out adaptation and construction works necessary to complete the subject of the order in accordance with legal regulations, the principles of technical knowledge, construction art and proper purpose and imposed utility function, the Contractor shall perform and include in the Agreement price:

1. A site facilities development and organisation plan, which the Contractor shall agree with the Contracting Authority prior to its execution.
2. Preparation, execution and approval of documentation related to:
a) Conducting an inventory;
b) Development of designs, including construction, working, electrical, water and sewage, ventilation and air-conditioning, fire protection, etc;
c) Development of as-built inventory and as-built documentation in three copies.
3. Applying for and obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the decisions of the relevant authorities necessary for carrying out the works, and applying for and obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the decision on the occupancy permit.
4. Purchases and installation necessary for the execution of construction, adaptation and finishing works.
