Repeater MFD
The MFD repeater is designed for graphical and textual presentation of navigational information on a touch-sensitive LCD screen. An additional functionality of the designed device is the possibility of distributing data in the NMEA standard coming from connected source devices, to a maximum of four receiving channels. The repeater also ensures the possibility of aggregating information coming from various sources and sending them as a single data stream.
In the standard version, the MFD provides both numerical and graphical displays dedicated to clock, GPS, gyrocompass, weather station, wind gauge, log and echo sounder indications. At the buyer's request, it is possible to offer the presentation of other data, e.g. shaft revolution readings, steering column position or others.
Communication with navigational devices is carried out using RS-232/RS-422 serial interfaces, as well as the CAN bus (NMEA2000) and Ethernet (NMEA Over Ethernet).
