The MSPO 2016 International Defence Industry Fair, held from 6 to 9 September 2016, ended in a major success for KenBIT Sp. z o. o.: it received the DEFENDER award for MHS PIGEON—the Shipboard Integrated Message Handling and Transmission System compliant with ACP 127 and STANAG 5066.

At the fair, we presented our latest solutions in the integration of communications and command-and-control systems, including our flagship products:

• the “HEKTOR” Battlefield Management System,
• the “BITcom” onboard communications system,
• the “OCTOPUS” shipboard Remote Control and Configuration Subsystem for the Communications System,
• the “MHS PIGEON” shipboard Integrated Message Handling and Transmission System.

We also showcased several unique specialized solutions developed as a result of the company’s collaboration with research and development centers (Military University of Technology, WAT):

• the multispectral Laser Reflectance Scanning (WLSR) sensor,
• the Securelight-1LP fiber-optic interferometric sensor,
• the T&F Metrology precision time and frequency metrology system.

One of the company’s newest achievements is a MiG-29M fighter flight simulator, built in cooperation with the Slovak company Virtual Reality Media.

We continue to develop our maritime communications systems offering dedicated to the Polish Navy. Among our latest achievements in this area is the MHS system designed for Polish Navy vessels and its newest components:

• OCTOPUS — the shipboard Remote Control and Configuration Subsystem for the Communications System,
• MHS PIGEON — the shipboard Integrated Message Handling and Transmission System compliant with ACP 127 and STANAG 5066.
