Both parties intend to establish cooperation regarding the determination of the possibilities and rules for jointly building technical capabilities, participating in tenders, negotiations, and other business activities aimed at obtaining contracts that, among other things, include:

• Shipboard integrated communications systems  
• Radio, wired, and satellite communications systems ,
• Integration of radio, wired, and satellite communications systems  
• Engineering reconnaissance systems  
• Electronic warfare systems  
• Aviation simulators  
• C4ISR-class battlefield management systems  
• Communications equipment for command vehicles and mobile/stationary objects (intercom systems, VANBOX-class devices, system integrators, portable workstations).
