From June 6 to June 24, 2022, the CWIX exercise (Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXercise, eXamination, eXperimentation, eXploration) was held. CWIX 2022 was organized by Allied Command Transformation (ACT). It is the largest—and above all, the most important—workshop event organized by NATO, where command-and-control and communications support systems of key importance to the effectiveness of headquarters operations are tested, evaluated, and assessed.

On 9 September 2022, the Agreement concluded with the Ministry of National Defence on 7 December 2017 for the “delivery, installation and integration of reconnaissance systems on the ORP ‘Hydrograf’ and ORP ‘Nawigator’ vessels, as well as the major and dock repairs of the ORP ‘Hydrograf’” was formally completed.

On 29 June 2022, a national scientific seminar entitled “Implementation of New Technologies in Medical Security at the Tactical Level” was held at the Military Academy of Artillery. Its main objective was to exchange views on the conditions for using new technologies in military medical support at the tactical level developed under the Mewa Med project.

At the 29th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO Kielce 2021), as part of the 70th anniversary celebrations of the Military University of Technology (WAT), on 8 September 2021 the Rector-Commandant of WAT, Col. Prof. Dr Eng. Przemysław WACHULAK presented commemorative ryngraf badges to companies from the defence industry. Among the honourees was our company, and its Board President, Dariusz Koenig—a WAT graduate and long-time employee—was awarded this prestigious distinction.

As always, DEFENDER awards are presented at the end of the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO Kielce 2021). In this year’s DEFENDER awards, the competition jury positively assessed the ScanDRON laser-based system for detecting and tracking low-flying objects.
