Trade fairs, military exercises, conferences and events in the life of KenBIT.
On 3 November 2015, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft regulation on the list of enterprises of particular economic and defense importance (Official Journal 2015, item 1871, published on 13 November 2015). The draft was prepared in the Ministry of Economy to standardize the system for organizing and supervising the performance of defense-related tasks by manufacturers of armaments and military equipment. The regulation updates the list of new entities whose business activity is significant from the perspective of national security.

It serves as the national venue for showcasing the latest global technological achievements for the security and defence of the state. Among 550 exhibitors from 30 countries, KenBIT was also represented.

Read moreFrom 16 to 19 March 2015, the company’s representatives participated in the “SATELLITE 2015” conference and exhibition held in Washington (USA), conducting a series of meetings and discussions with representatives of leading manufacturers of satellite communications equipment and systems, as well as with providers of transmission-band services.
Read moreFrom 27 to 30 January, the main planning conference was held in İzmir (Turkey), with our team taking part for the CWIX 2015 exercise planned for this June. During the conference, the exercise schedule, the organization of exercise combat structures, and the overall exercise scenario were established. During the exercise conducted at the JFTC in Bydgoszcz from 8 June to 25 June 2015, broad cooperation between the participating countries’ information systems will be tested, mainly in terms of exchanging documents and operational data. The systems participating in the exercise will operate within a common network that enables the processing of classified information. Particular attention will be paid to testing data exchange in accordance with the MIP standard (Multilateral Interoperability Programme).

Read moreFrom 13 to 16 March 2012, a FCC conference regarding CWIX 2012 was held in Bydgoszcz. The purpose of the meeting was to finalize organizational structures for the exercise period and to agree on tests within the scenario. During the conference, the scope of the CWIX workshops was defined, and a series of meetings took place within the various thematic groups. Our company’s representatives participated in the meetings and in the arrangements concerning the workshops, tests, and scenarios involving our BMS HEKTOR-class system.
