Trade fairs, military exercises, conferences and events in the life of KenBIT.
On 19 January 2017, the second edition of the Maritime Security Forum of the State took place at the Novotel Airport hotel. It was organized by the Warsaw Trade Fairs Management Board and the Naval Academy in Gdynia. The Forum was an event where representatives of the Government of the Republic of Poland, as well as central institutions, presented the strategy and policy regarding directions for the development of the Polish Navy.
Read moreOn 11 January 2017, following a successful public tender, KenBIT signed a contract with the Inspectorate of Armaments for the delivery of “Shipborne SATCOM BROADBAND – VSAT satellite terminals.” The contract covers the modernization of 3 terminals already installed on ships of the Polish Navy and one stationary system site, as well as the supply, installation, and integration of 6 sets of modern satellite communications systems on Polish Navy vessels.

Read moreFrom 13 to 14 October, KenBIT took part in the first European symposium organized by the Global SOF Foundation. Held in Vilnius, the event focused on the role of special operations in ensuring security around the world. The symposium brought together companies from 22 countries, as well as military and government representatives, including from Lithuania. KenBIT presented participants, among other things, the Battlefield Management System BMS HEKTOR, the BITCOM onboard communications system, and the mobile workstation.

The Conference was attended primarily by representatives of organizational units of the Ministry of National Defence and the General Staff, the armed forces of NATO member states, state institutions, and Polish and foreign companies producing modern systems and devices for the armed forces, characterized by a high level of applied technologies.
Read moreOn 3 March 2016, in Warsaw, a letter of intent was signed between the Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (Polish Armaments Group) and KenBIT Sp. z o. o. regarding establishing business cooperation to assess the possibilities of presenting to the Ministry of National Defence and its subordinate units (hereinafter the MoD) a joint national (Polish) product and commercial offer covering the solutions and technological competencies relating to IT and telecommunications products and technologies.

Read moreOn 14 January 2016, the Forum for Maritime Security 2016 Conference was held in Warsaw. It was the first conference in a series of conferences dedicated to the modernization plans of the Polish Navy. The topics covered at the 2016 Forum included, among other things, a presentation of the first results of work on the Maritime Security Strategy project, progress in the Polish Navy’s technical modernization plans, and the capabilities of the Polish defence industry and its foreign partners in delivering modernization and building new vessels. The conference was accompanied by an exhibition of companies showcasing modern solutions related to maritime weapons systems, reconnaissance, command and control, and communications.
Read moreKenBIT delivered another VSAT satellite terminal to the Polish Armed Forces. This time it is a terminal built on a special two-axle trailer with a 4.6 m antenna, designed to provide global communications in the Ku, C and X bands.
